Discussion and possible action to award ITB 2020-001 La Presa Water Dispenser Station project to the lowest and responsible bidder Sal Construction in an amount not to exceed Six Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand and Seventy Dollars ($699,070.00) and to further authorize the County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. [2019-A Bond Project; Account #3869-7230-001-474501-025]

Issue: Webb County Colonia La Presa is in need of a water storage tank and dispenser to provide potable water to the residents in the community. Commissioners Court previously authorized the publication of formal bids.

Solution: Award to the lowest and responsible bidder.

Result: Finalize the construction contract and issue letter to proceed.
