Issue: Line item transfer is needed to cover dues and membership that are annually budgeted but had an increase in cost for this fiscal year. Dues and Membership payment is due before March 31, 2020.

Solution: With court approval of line item transfer, account will have the funds necessary to process payment of dues and memberships.

Result: There will be sufficient funds to pay current dues and memberships in timely manner.
