Issue: The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs will be holding a Colonia Self-Help Center Workshop in Austin, Texas on March 24, 2020 through March 25, 2020. The current balance in the Administrative Travel Account is insufficient to cover the travel costs for staff to attend this workshop. Funds are also needed to advertise bid invitations and public hearing in the local newspaper.

Solution: Transfer funds to cover travel costs for staff and newspaper advertisements.

Result: Staff will attend workshop and receive necessary information and training regarding the Self-Help Center Program and required notices will be published in the local newspaper.
