Discussion and possible action to enter into a Professional Services Agreement between Dr. Rolando Salazar and Webb County for the Webb County Sheriff’s Office, to provide dental health services to the Webb County Adult Detention Facility at a monthly cost of Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3,500.00) and a total cost of One Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Dollars ($126,000.00). The term of this agreement is for Thirty-Six (36) months and will commence on September 9, 2019, and end on September 9, 2022, subject to annual budget appropriations; and any other matters incident thereto; and have the Webb County Judge sign all relevant documents.
