Discussion and possible action to enter into a one (1) year (July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020) Non-Financial Memorandum of Understanding between Laredo College and Webb County. The purpose of the agreement is to implement ESL, EL Civics, and High School Equivalency classes to improve the overall literacy levels in Webb County contingent on the availability of federal and state funds, and requesting the County Judge to execute all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
