Discussion and possible action to approve a lease agreement between Webb County and Enterprise Fleet Management (TIPS #2072816) for a 48-month term at an annual cost of $14,400.00 for two (2) vehicles to be assigned to the Indigent Health Department and in accordance with the Texas Local Government Code; Subchapter F. Cooperative Purchasing Program; Sections 271.101 & 271.102 and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: The Indigent Health Care Services Department is requesting two vehicles under the county lease program. The units will replace a vehicle that was recently declared a total loss after being involved in a motor vehicle accident; the other unit will be used to travel to the rural areas of Webb County to continue to provide public health services such as immunizations and tuberculosis testing to residents in our community.

Solution: Commissioners Court approval is required to be placed on the lease program.

Result: If approved, the department will have enough vehicles available to perform necessary day-to-day operations without interruption.
