Discussion and possible action to reject all bids received for “Invitation to Bid #2020-004 Las Lomas Drainage Project” and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue: Project is 80% complete. Construction work is being completed by Webb County Road and Bridge personnel.

Solution: Reject all Bids received and authorize road and bridge department to proceed with completion of project.

Result: Final drainage and road improvements are scheduled to be completed by July 2020.
