Discussion and possible action to approve Change Order #1 in the amount of $6,300.00 to ROMO Contractors, LLC., for the Webb County Los Botines Fire Station Water Tank enclosure, and; authorize the Webb County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Additional project improvements needed.

Solution: Approve Change Order #1 for the replacement of chain link fence with a fence made of wrought iron, including gate (38' wide), which will be installed on the outside of existing concrete with concrete footings.

Result: Project will be completed as detailed under the proposed change order.
