Discussion and possible action to accept the donation from the City of Laredo of a 1,782 square foot modular building that is currently located at 1600 Orquidia Lane in Rio Bravo, Texas to Webb County; and authorizing the Civil Legal Division and County staff to finalize any matters related to transfer and acceptance, including insurance coverage, utilities transfer, etc…and any other matters incident thereto. It is of the understanding that this building will remain in its current location and be used to benefit Webb County and the Rio Bravo Community.
