Discussion and possible action to approve the Emergency Jury Selection Plan for 2020-2021 as approved by the District Court Judges as per section 60.21.

Background:

Due to Emergency Orders under Texas Supreme Court, a new Jury Plan was developed to adhere to Orders and to keep Webb County in compliance with instructions.

Previous Court Action:

In response to Supreme Court Orders, Jury selection has been on hold.
