Discussion and possible action to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the United Independent School District (U.I.S.D.) and Webb County Head Start-Early Head Start Program at Henry Cuellar Elementary School. This MOU establishes the terms and conditions under which U.I.S.D. and Webb County Head Start will share in the operation and monitoring of four (4) full day pre-kindergarten classrooms. The term of the MOU shall be for a period of four (4) scholastic calendar years beginning with the 2020-2021 school year through the 2024-2025 school years and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents, and any other matters incident thereto.
