Discussion and possible action to enter into a 12 month (May 31, 2020 through May 30, 2021) software agreement between Webb County and Advanced Computer Technologies (ACT) for software and maintenance of the Drug Court Case Management Software Program (“DCCM”) utilized by the Veteran’s Treatment Program in an amount not to exceed a fixed one-time fee of Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000.00) and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. [Requested by Ramiro Hernandez, Director of the Veterans Treatment Program (Professional Services); Account #2351-2040-001-432001]

Issue: Software provides tracking of services and documents all case management and compliance of each participant in the program.

Solution: Authorize the payment for the software being utilized to track grant requirements.

Result: By obtaining the services of the (DCCM) satisfies key component of grant requirements.
