Discussion and possible action to authorize a change in the job title and description for Slot #427 from Commander to Assistant Deputy Chief, subject to any applicable Civil Service guidelines; and any other matters incident thereto. There is no salary changes, therefore no impact to the Webb County Budget.

Issue: The Webb County Sheriff’s Office needs to modify slot #427 to add more duties.

Solution: Seeking authorization from Commissioners Court to change job description.
