Public hearing pursuant to Texas Government Code 51.305 to consider and discuss and plan for the preservation and restoration of the District Court records archive pursuant to Texas Government Code Chapter 51, Subchapter D. The plan includes a provision to impose a Records Archive Fee of $10.00 to preserve and restore district court records, effective September 1, 2020.
