Discussion and possible action to enter into a County Transportation Infrastructure Fund Grant Agreement (Contract # CTIF-02-240) with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) in the amount of FIVE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED ELEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($5,711,300); Adopting a Resolution accepting the grant and committing to pay twenty percent (20%) matching funds in the amount of One Million Four Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($1,427,825); Authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any matters incident thereto.

Background:

CTIF funds are used to repair county roads that are affecte by the Oil and Gas Industry.
