Discussion and possible action to enter into a Non-Financial Professional Services Agreement between Webb County, for the Webb County Early Child Headstart Care Partnership (EHS-CCP), and Serving Children and Adults in Need (S.C.A.N.) for substance abuse education for the Webb County Early Child Headstart Care Partnership (EHS-CCP) for use in their early head start programs. This agreement establishes the terms and conditions under which S.C.A.N. will be providing their professional substance abuse education programs to the Webb County Head Start (EHS-CCP). This agreement shall be for a three year (3yr.) term for three scholastic calendar years commencing September 1, 2020 through August 31, 2023 and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents, and any other matters incident thereto.
