Discussion and possible action to authorize the purchase of one (1) 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTZ from bidder meeting all specifications published by the Purchasing Agent in an amount not to exceed $54,348.53 from Family Chevrolet and any other matter incident thereto.

Issue:
The District Attorney’s Office is in need of a vehicle to be use for law enforcement purpose.
Solution:
Approve the purchase in accordance with the Purchasing Policy, any Capital Outlay item not budgeted must be approved by Commissioner Court.
Results:
The Webb County District Attorney’s Office will utilize the vehicle and all available resources to continue its commitment in keeping the community safe by deterring and dismantling organized crime.
