Discussion and possible action to enter into a sixty (60) month (July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2025) Rental Agreement between Pitney Bowes and the Webb County Juvenile Board for mail service hardware and software through the Cooperative Contract Participation Agreement No: 041917-PIT, at a cost of Sixty Five Dollars and Sixty Six Cents ($65.66) a month, for a total amount of Three Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Nine Dollars and Sixty Cents ($3,939.60) paid over the 60 month term of the agreement, subject to annual budget appropriations and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
