Issue: The R&B Dept. is in need of a driver/equipment operator to attend maintenance issues on County Roads.

Solution: With having a Driver/Equipment Operator R&B Dept. will be able to transport and operate the equipment by the same employee.

Result: Repairs and Maintenance of County Roads will be performed in a faster and more efficient manner with fewer employees.
