Discussion and possible action to enter into a Donation Agreement and Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement with MSLGROUP AMERICAS LLC as agent and on behalf of Proctor and Gamble Company and its brand Pampers to accept the donation of forty-five thousand Scholastic children's books and educational materials amounting to a sum of no more than Two-Hundred Sixty-Nine Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Dollars ($269,280.00) for the Larga Vista Community Center subject to final legal review and compliance with state law and any matters incident thereto and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents.
