Discussion and possible action to grant Preliminary and Final Plat approval to Lot 1, Block 1 Lucky Gambler Subdivision Plat and issue a “Certificate of Compliance with Plat Requirements” (ID 10406).

Background:

Item is a regulatory compliance matter with development provisions of state and local laws/regulations. The purpose is to plat 6.0634 acres off Highway 359, East of Oilton in compliance with the provisions of Local Government Code, Chapter 232, Subchapter B and Webb County’s Model Subdivision Regulations.

All water and wastewater improvements have been completed and are in place.

Sewer services are provided by an On-Site Sewage Facility (OSSF) approved under Lic. WC00213. Water services are provided by the Oilton Rural Water Supply Corp.

There are no proposed public improvements.
