Discussion and possible action to approve the Texas County & District Retirement System (TCDRS) Plan Agreement for Plan Year 2021 with a retirement plan rate of 12.30% effective January 1, 2021.

Issue: The current retirement plan rate for the county is 12.30%. The rate will not change in year 2022, due to Covid-19, the county will have a cushion for the investment loss.

Solution: Rate remains the same and will not impact the county with a negative effect of Covid-19.

Result: The plan rate remains the same.
