Discussion and possible action to approve the execution of a "Webb County Agricultural Grazing and Hunting Lease for the Cuchillas & Lomas II Pastures" Webb County School Lands (W.C.S.L.) located on Hwy 59 East, as per Court’s prior award of “Webb County Request for Proposal R.F.P. 2020-013” to the highest ranking proposer, James E. Kainer/Lessee for a one (1) year fixed term commencing October 13, 2020 thru October 12, 2021, at $33,279.84 per year, with four possible one-year (1yr) renewal options at Webb County/Lessor’s sole discretion due to pending renewable energy project proposals and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
