Discussion and possible action to ratify a consulting agreement with Capex Consulting Group in an amount not to exceed Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000) for consulting services for Webb County's Tax Abatement Policy and the proposed Corazon Solar Project Tax Abatement and any matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. Background:

The Commissioners Court has previously adopted Tax Abatement Guidelines which need certain amendments and the County has received an application for a tax abatement from Corazon Solar which needs to be reviewed, analyzed and an abatement contract needs to be developed and Capex will assist in this process.
