Discussion and possible action to establish, by Order of the Webb County Commissioners Court, a reinvestment zone to be known as The Webb County Corazon Solar Reinvestment Zone, on approximately 8996.39 acres of land located approximately 15 miles east of the City of Laredo, Texas and divided by U.S.Highway 59 in eastern Webb County; directing Civil Legal Division to negotiate a proposed Tax Abatement agreement; authorizing the publication of all required notices as per statute and any other matters incident thereto. [Requested by Corazon Energy LLC]

Background:

If the Commissioners Court finds that a reinvestment zone is appropriate it must be created and established by formal vote of the Commissioners Court.
