(SND) for the Webb County School Land Penjamo/Llano tracts (off Highway 44) owned water well (on-site and off-site use of water) as well as for off-site use of water from those water wells also located on the Webb County School Lands Penjamo/Llano tracts and owned/operated by Lewis Petro Properties or SND and any matters incident thereto.
