Discussion and possible action to approve a lease agreement between Webb County and Enterprise Fleet Management (TIPS #190402) for a 48-month term at an annual cost of $35,905.56 for five (5) vehicles to be assigned to the Webb County Community Action Agency and Road and Bridge Departments and in accordance with the Texas Local Government Code; Subchapter F. Cooperative Purchasing Program; Sections 271.101 & 271.102 and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: The Webb County Community Action Agency and the Road and Bridge Department are requesting three (3)cargo vans and two (2) utility vans respectively under the county vehicle lease program.

Solution: Secure permission from Commissioners Court and order lease vehicles as presented.

Result: If approved, the department(s) will have enough vehicles available to perform necessary day-to-day operations without interruption.
