Discussion and possible action to enter into a Non-Financial Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Laredo and Webb County and the Webb County Headstart-Early Head Start Department Program for Nurse-Family Partnership Program in coordination with the City of Laredo Health Department for a one year (1yr.) term commencing October 1, 2020 thru September 30, 2021. This MOU delineates the responsibilities between both parties to implement for Nurse-Family Partnership Program in coordination with the City of Laredo Health Department, in order to enable Webb County residents to gain better access to pre-natal healthcare for children by entering into the program, and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
