Discussion and possible action to approve the release of withheld partial retainage payment in the amount of $8,013.95 from invoice amount of $160,279.00 payable to Schindler Elevator Corporation Invoice No. 7401509964 and authorize the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Elevator improvement was completed as detailed under contract specifications.

Solution: Commissioners Court authorizes the release of retainer fee for the modernization of the Courthouse elevator.

Result: Schindler Elevator Corporation will be paid for services rendered.

Background:

Webb County Commissioners Court authorized the award of Schindler Elevator Corporation to modernize all County elevators on June 24, 2019.
