Discussion and possible action to authorize the Purchasing agent to solicit bids for repairs (water leaks and minor roofing and joint issues) to the former Juvenile Detention Facility located at 4101 Juarez Ave using the plans and specifications as developed by the Webb County Engineering Department. [Account #1001-1130-001-431007-010 (Operational Reserve) Preliminary estimate is $20,000]
Background:
The environmental report indicates minor modifications and repairs are need to the building to stop water infiltration into the building.
