Issue: Funds were not transferred at the beginning of the fiscal year, and an additional $4,000 is being requested on Expert Witness account to be able to cover expenses approved by the Court for trial.

Solution: Transfer money from another line item to be able to cover pending and future expenses.

Result: Funds will be available to pay pending and future invoices.
