Discussion and possible action to enter into Amendment #2 to the County Transportation Infrastructure Agreement Fund Grant for 2014 allowing the County to add additional projects to the program and requiring all invoices for reimbursement to be submitted on or before May 14, 2021 and any other matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all agreements and relevant documents.

Background:

TxDOT is allowing Webb County to submit additional projects to the 2014 CTIF which allows the opportunity to balance the projects so projects smaller projects which require less time to complete can be implemented first.
