Discussion and possible action to enter into a memorandum of understanding for a term of two (2) years with a one year option to renew at the discretion of Webb County between the Laredo International Fair and Exposition Inc. and Webb County for the use of offices located at the County fairgrounds beginning February 8, 2021 and ending February 7, 2023 and any other matters incident thereto; and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute all relevant documents.

Background:

LIFE has requested the use of the office at the fairground for their continued use.
