Issue: Webb County Community Action Agency received a check from Direct Energy/Central Power and Light (CPL) Retail Energy/West Texas Utilities (WTU) Retail Energy Neighbor to Neighbor Program in the amount of $5,000.00.

Solution: Webb County Community Action Agency will utilize these funds to assist qualified Direct Energy clients.

Result: The clients will be assisted to pay their utility bills from donation company.
