Cooperative Purchasing Program; Sections 271.101 & 271.102 and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: The Planning Department is requesting to two (2) leased vehicles to replace existing fleet that is over 10 years old.

Solution: Consider approval of a (48) month term lease agreement for two 2021 leased units to replace older fleet assigned to the Planning department.

Result: Upon arrival of new leased units, department will turn over older county owned units to the Purchasing Agent for future sale of public property.
