Issue: This grant funding is available until May 31, 2021. Newly implemented procedures require year end balances to be carried over and entered in the system in order to continue availability of these grant funds during the new fiscal year.

Solution: In order to carry over grant funds, this carry over agenda item must be approved by the court.

Result: Approval of this agenda for the continued availability of these grant funds.
