Discussion and possible action to authorize the County Judge to sign a Division Order for the newly completed Webb County School Lands Wells, WCSL 504 #60H, 61H, and 62H (0.12500000 Interest) and any matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all related documents.

Issue: Division Order needs to be acknowledged for payment of royalty interest for producing wells to the School Land Fund.

Solution: Authorize County Judge to sign Division Order.

Result: Division Orders will memorialize the three wells completion and payment interest to School Land Fund.

Background:

Webb County owns and manages the School Lands for the benefit of Webb County school children. Three new wells were completed and began producing in January of 2021.
