Discussion and possible action to approve, by Order, the following budget amendment (line item transfer) in the amounts of $98,870.00 from Property Casualty Premium and $69,006.90 from Operational Reserve to cover the expense for the damages caused by the winter weather on several Webb County locations.

Issue: Several locations were severely affected by the winter weather and the cost of repairs exceeds the balance on the Claims Paid account, therefore, funds must be transferred to the account to cover the damages.

Solution: Request the court approval to transfer funds and repair damages on Webb County locations.

Result: Account will be funded to address the repairs needed.
