Discussion and possible action to enter into a construction contract with Anderson Columbia Co., Inc., in the amount of THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND FORTY-THREE DOLLARS AND SEVENTY-TWO CENTS ($324,043.72) for the overlay of Mangana Hein Road (From U.S. 83 to 1.3 miles East of U.S. 83 (Cuatro Vientos)) and any matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. [Funding #3720-7230-709-470000]

Background:

Mangana Hein road was programmed for road overlay in the 2014 CTIF Prioritized List as submitted to TxDOT.
