Discussion and possible action to approve an amendment to the Inter-Governmental Service Agreement (IGSA 70CDCR18DIG000004) between Webb County and the United States federal government for the purpose of de-obligating funding in the amount of $607,455.84 concerning task orders CLIN0001A and CLIN0004 which are for services at CoreCivic's Webb County Detention Center (WCDC); and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any matters incident thereto. Background:

On February 26, 2018 Item No. 22 the Webb Commissioners Court authorized the Civil Legal Division to enter into negotiations and enter into an agreement pursuant to Tex. Gov. Code 272.005. Pursuant to IGSA Contract 70DCR18DIG000004 Webb County is a Service Provider for Federal detainees. CoreCivic is the current subcontractor and owner of the Webb County Detention Center (WCDC).
