Discussion and possible action to enter into an Educational Services Agreement between Webb County for its Head Start/Early Head Start Program and Sandra S. Morales, M.Ed. This agreement establishes the terms and conditions under which Sandra S. Morales, M.Ed. will provide educational services to the Head Start children and families so that the Program is in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The term of the Agreement shall be for a term of thirty-six (36) months (September 1, 2021 through August 31, 2024) at a cost as set forth in the fee schedule within the Agreement, subject to annual budgetary appropriations, and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
