Commissioners Court had approved for the agency Webb County Constable Pct. 1 to submit for the grant on February 22, 2021 line item # 19 and agreed to provide funding source on May 24, 2021 line item #22 of regular Commissioners court meeting, but the funding source was not specified at that time.
