Discussion with possible action to engage and expand the scope of services of the County’s external auditor to audit and analyze the Election Services Contracts Fund – 2010 as a standard practice upon the change of Elections Office Administration as per Texas Election Code Title 3. Election Officers and Observers Chapter 31. Officers to Administer Elections Subchapter A. Secretary of State and Texas Administrative Code Title 1 Administration Part 4 Office of the Secretary of State Chapter 81 Elections, and any other matters incident thereto.

Background:

Garza/Gonzalez & Associates, Certified Public Accountants was selected by the Commissioners Court to perform Webb County's annual audit.
