Discussion and possible action to approve an Interlocal Lease Agreement between Webb Consolidated Independent School District and Webb County in accordance with Whitetail Energy Agreement for a term of One (1) year commencing on February 24, 2014 and ending on February 24,2015 with a rental rate of $1.00 (ONE DOLLAR) per annum, and any other matters incident thereto.
