Discussion and possible action to approve the following budget amendment (line item transfer); and any other matters incident thereto:
Issue: A line item transfer is required to cover anticipated expenses for legal fees for the remainder of fiscal year and to cover a feasibility study that was approved by Commissioners Court on April 9, 2018.
Solution: Consideration to approve line item transfer to cover such expenses.
Result: Funding will be in place to pay study and cover projected legal fees for the remainder of fiscal year. Click to View |

Discussion and possible action to finalize the distribution of the Eighteen (18) Chevrolet Tahoes approved by Commissioners Court on December 21, 2017 and authorize additional lease vehicles if necessary, and further authorize the transfer from payroll salary reserve account to the capital outlay account in order to purchase law enforcement equipment; and approval to authorize a finance agreement between Webb County and Motorola Solutions for mobile radios, and authorizing the Country Judge sign any relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
