Discussion and possible action to approve, by Order, the following budget amendment (line item transfers) within the General fund, effective date September 30, 2023, to eliminate deficits for CAA Meals on Wheels ($50,000), Texas Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program ($5,375), Emergency Food and Shelter ($2,500.00) and Election Service Contracts ($47,465):

Issue: Texas Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program, Emergency Food and Shelter Program and Election Service Contracts terminated with a deficit for FY 2022 audit and Meals on Wheel will end with a deficit for this FY 2023 audit.

Result: Funds will close the fiscal year September 30, 2023. |
