Discussion and possible action to enter into a twelve (12) month Professional Services Agreement (September 30, 2023 through September 29, 2024) between Webb County for the Webb County Adult Drug Court Program and PILLAR to provide treatment services under SAMHSA Grant #1H79TI085855-01, specifically to allow P.I.L.L.A.R. to receive payment for personnel support services that will be provided in accordance with the terms of the grant application in an amount of not more than One Hundred Nine Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($109,200.00) of which Nine Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($9,100.00) is allocated for time in providing out-patient services; and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
