Discussion and possible action to enter into a State and Local HIDTA Task Force Addendum Agreement with the United States Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Agency and Webb County for the Webb County District Attorney's Office which extends the performance period of one year to (October 1, 2023 - September 30, 2026, being FY 2026), said agreement will provide funding for task force duties and overtime reimbursement payments to Webb County; and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any matters incident thereto. [Requested by Isidro “Chilo” Alaniz, District Attorney, Fund #2592]
