Discussion and possible action to accept the “Surface Estate” of Lot Number 1, Block 1, San Rafael Subdivision, Laredo, Webb County Texas, located at 1301 Paseo De Los Santos/U.S. Hwy. 83 S, from Charco Land Sales, LLC. to Webb County, Texas, as per the terms of the Charco Land Sales, LLC./Killam Family Coves” TIRZ Development Agreement dated December 13, 2021 between Webb County and Charco Land Sales, LLC to be used for “public purpose uses ”, said Lot shall be the location of the Webb County Southern Public Health Facility and/or and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute any and all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
