Amendment to ARP Monitoring Policy

Discussion and possible action to authorize an amendment of the American Rescue Plan Act Sub-Recipient Assistance Grant Program Sub-Recipient Monitoring Policy, Goals and Procedures Handbook to update the award limit from $200,000.00 to $500,000.00. All required documents were sent for review through the Economic Development Department and the solicitation is compliant with the Webb County Single Point of Contact (SPOC) procedures and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters thereto. No impact to the general fund.
Issue:
Webb County has $352,292 in funds available through the Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) line item.
Solution:
Allow for another NGO Project to be included in the NGO.
Result:
An additional project may be included with the NGO projects allowing Webb County to expend in a timely manner.
